Biblical ERROR Tells WOMEN to Stay Silent in Church? NOT TRUE!

The verse is 1 Corinthians 14:34-35.
This is a Theory, proposed by biblical scholars that are much smarter than me. I am a simple student considering their proposition.
Were these 2 verses placed at a different point in the bible at some point in history in order to manipulate the meaning of the section of scripture?
