This is an interesting Dover elevator from the late 90s. It has Dover Traditional lanterns and fire service fixtures, but the rest of the fixtures are EPCO SurvivorPlus Vandal Resistant Fixtures. Other than that this elevator is just your typical late 90s Dover hydro.
