STAYING at HORSESHOE CASINO and exploring BLACK HAWK Colorado

We recently enjoyed a three-night stay at the Horseshoe Casino in Black Hawk, Colorado, where we were thrilled to use our complimentary rooms. The town of Black Hawk, nestled in the mountains, has a charming, old-west feel with its historic buildings and winding streets. We strolled through the town, taking in the sights, before hopping on the free casino bus to Central City. The short ride offered scenic views and delivered us to another quaint, casino-filled town just a few minutes away. The next day, we set out on a hike in the nearby mountains, the crisp air invigorating but noticeably thinner at this high elevation. As we climbed, we found ourselves pausing to catch our breath, marveling at the stunning vistas while adjusting to the altitude. It was a perfect mix of excitement and tranquility, combining the thrill of the casinos with the natural beauty of Colorado’s high country.
