Mardi Gras | very first sailing under flag by Carnival | maiden call in Rotterdam | 4K-Quality-Video

On December 22nd 2020 the Mardi Gras from Carnival had her very first maiden call in Rotterdam (Netherlands). The Mardi Gras was built by the MEYER TURKU shipyard and with 181,808 GT she is Carnival's new flagship. The Mardi Gras was handed over to the Carnival Cruise Line on December 18th 2020 in Turku by the MEYER TURKU shipyard. She is the first cruise ship in Carnival's fleet to sail with LNG. And the Mardi Gras is the first cruise ship in the world to have with BOLT a roller coaster on board.
On December 19th 2020 Mardi Gras started in Turku for its very first voyage under the flag from Carnival. This very first Mardi Gras Carnival trip ended with the maiden call in Rotterdam.
