We're pondering these questions as the evaluation partner of the Our Town initiative - a 10-year mental health initiative in South Australia.

The initiative is empowering rural and regional communities to meet the mental health challenges they face, both now and into the future. The structures, goals and pace of the initiative are set by the communities, for the communities.

In this webinar, we explore what we’re learning about evaluating such a long-term and complex project that’s still evolving and being designed. Along the way, we find out what it takes to empower communities to track and tell their own stories of change.
