In today's video, we try one of the most highly reviewed tuna melt sandwiches in Orlando made by Pom Pom's Teahouse & Sandwicheria. After a taste test and thorough review, we try to make our own version and see how it stacks up against one of the best sandwiches in Orlando.

If you're a fan of a good tuna melt, you'll want to watch all the way to the end and see how good our sandwich came out.

Recipe:

Ingredients
• 1 packet of My Gourmet Tuna Salad
• 1/4 cup chopped red onion
• 1/4 cup chopped celery
• 1/2 tablespoon capers
• 1/2 tablespoon lemon zest
• 1-2 tablespoons on mayo (we like Duke's)
• 2 slices of sourdough bread
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 1-2 tablespoons of cream cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Mix tuna, onion, celery, capers, zest, and mayo together.
2. Season with salt and pepper
3. Spread tuna salad mix on one slice of bread
4. Spread cream cheese on the other half of the bread and put both slices together
5. Heat your non-stick pan over med-high heat
6. Melt half of the butter in the pan and add your sandwich, applying light pressure to help get a nice toast.
7. Flip the sandwich over and repeat the process with the remaining butter.
8. Cut in half and enjoy!
