Planting Tree's, Harvesting Rosella & Horseradish | New Projects & Making Memories

Finally we have finished harvesting our outside summer crop from our homestead garden here in Mongolia. This week we finally get to harvest our horseradish and Rosella from our Geothermal greenhouse. Having successfully grown something like Rosella in a cold country like Mongolia is such an amazing thing. We also get to start a new project and plant some new trees on our homestead. We also get to spend some time with friends and make new memories. This is all part of our road to become self sufficient and self sustainable here. All this helped us to because more self sufficient and self sustainable here in Mongolia.
This is all part of the adventure and joinery to an off-grid homestead in the land of the blue sky.
