In today’s video I’ll show you an at home silks conditioning workout that will help you to improve your inversions.
I have done all these exercises individually, but today I thought I’d put it all together into a workout routine. It was a lot harder than I expected. I probably should have tried this workout BEFORE filming it! haha. There are 10 exercises for 30 seconds each. You can make it easier by taking a break between each exercise, or if you’d like a challenge try doing it for 2-3 rounds!
