When the pandemic first hit, rent across the city went down pretty quickly. You could move for cheaper, you could negotiate lower monthly rent with your landlord, you could even get three months free. Luxury condos in downtown Toronto were going for $1,800 instead of $2,300 per month. But two years after the beginning of all of that, prices are changing a bit - so today we're going to show you four places, two around mid-town and two towards the east side to show you what you can get now.
