Grand Central Park is a master planned community in Conroe Texas, located right off the I45 freeway. Its location is one of the reasons people love it, since it's so convenient to hop on and off the freeway for commuting, has lots of new shopping and dining right outside the neighborhood, AND it’s just five miles north of The Woodlands — which is locally and nationally known for great employment, upscale shopping and entertainment.

Grand Central Park has over 2,000-acres filled with lush forest and trails, resort-style amenities and beautiful homes, so it’s no surprise that it’s one of the destination communities in the North Houston suburbs.

It’s so beautiful here.

You can also get a custom home built from Drees Custom Homes starting in the $500s and semi-custom homes in the new Deer Lake Estates section with J. Patrick and Jamestown Estate homes ranging in the $700 and $800s.
