When it came to installing our SeeLevel Tank Monitoring System we decided to add new wiring instead of using the current wiring. We opted for this so we could compare the two systems, and since we're not the handiest of people we thought it safer to leave the old system alone. Running new wire was preferred for us anyway since we knew our wiring path from previous installs (like solar and battery) and it would be easier to problem solve if there was an issue.
