Flying first class but I'm texting my ex

Manager texting like my energy's diminished
I'm just exhausted from the constant moving
But I signed up for this, no use in losing
My composure or my focus on the bigger picture
Used to dream about these problems, now they hit me quicker
Than I can solve 'em, but that's just how it goes
When you're living out the life that everybody chose
For you, before you even got a say
Now I'm caught between tomorrow and yesterday

These first class problems ain't what they seem
Living out somebody else's dream
Yeah I'm blessed, yeah I'm grateful too
But sometimes I just wanna feel brand new
These first class problems, champagne stress
Looking like I got it all figured out, I guess
But behind the smile there's a million things
That come with these first class wings

Dinner reservation at the spot downtown
A-list clientele, everybody wearing crowns
I'm in my hoodie 'cause I don't need to impress
These folks don't really know me, they just see success
Scrolling through my phone while they talking business
I'm thinking 'bout my pops and how I miss Christmas
Back home with the family, simple times
Before my life became a collection of rhymes
That everybody judges, everybody critiques
Waiting for me to slip or show I'm weak
But I been built different since the playground days
Taking criticism, turning hate to praise
Or at least that's what my therapist says
I should do instead of keeping it up in my head
But it's hard when every move is documented live
And everybody's got opinions on how you should survive

Don't get me wrong, I know I'm fortunate
Living out a life that most just dream of, shit
But there's a price you pay for every height you reach
And sometimes lessons are the hardest ones to teach
Yourself when you're alone with your thoughts at night
Wondering if you made the wrong choice or the right
But I chose this path and I'ma see it through
Even with these first class problems, I'll make it through
