Get to know Kraken Technology Solutions!

Hey!!! I just wanted to do an introduction for those who may not know who I am.

My Name is Steve Brickner, I'm the Founder and CEO of Kraken Technology Solutions. I've been in the IT space for quite a while, and in the MSP space for about 4 years now.

I'm on a mission to change what people think when they hear the term MSP. Many times when leaders hear the words "We're an MSP," what they really hear is we're going to install a bunch of stuff on your computers, charge you a bunch of money, and we will see you in a year when it's time to renew your contract.

The goal with Kraken is to integrate with your business. To become an extension of your team, trusted advisors to your leadership. The goal is NOT to set it and forget it. The goal is to help you use technology to propel your business forward, achieve goals, increase revenue, to help you elevate your client's experience with your company. And for us to provide you with the best outcomes possible.
