Bitter Gourd Drying - How To Dry Bitter Gourd
I harvested a lot of bitter gourd so I thought of making some of them dried.
I wash them thoroughly with running water, sliced and put them in a winnower and placed under the sun to dry. I bring the bitter gourd indoors at night and continued drying for several days. When dried I put them in a ziploc bag and kept in a cool place. I use them in soups or adding them to a saute.
