Thank you for all of the time you put into answering these questions. I was hoping that you could speak to the potential causes of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome as it pertains to your model. When thinking about how it was taught in school, I think about the different sites of compression (ex: scalenes, costoclavicular space, pecs) but would be curious to hear about some of the underlying mechanisms you feel are responsible for the symptoms and subsequent treatment strategies.
