Broken wheat - 3/4 cup ( 110 g)
Water - 2 cup ( 500 ml) (for cooking broken wheat)
Milk - 1 ltr
Water - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp ( 11 tbsp)
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Cashew nuts - 10
Raisins - 3 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
For caramelizing -
Sugar - 1/2 cup ( 6 tbsp)
Water - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
