1/2 Cup Curd/Yogurt
Strain The Water
2 Cup Warm Water
1 Cup Powder Milk
Mix Well
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
Cook Until Caramelised The Sugar
Turn Off The Flame
1 Cup Water (Add Gradually)
Caramel Water Should Be Slightly Cool Down
Mix Well
Add Milk
Mix Well
Turn On The Heat
Let It Boil
Boil For 5-6 Min.
Let The Mixture Become 2 Cup
Remove From The Heat
Keep Aside For 5-7 Min.
Mixture Should Be Warm
Add Strained Curd In A Bowl
Whisk It
Add Warm Milk
Mix Well
Pour In A Steel Bowl
Cover With Foil
Place In A Pan With Water
Cook In Lowest Heat For 15-20 Min.
Cool Down And Keep In Fridge For 1 Hour
