On our month-long road trip through the PNW, we stopped in Rainier National Park to explore Sunrise Point. We only had 24 hours in the park and wanted to make the most of it. We focused on this specific region of the park so that we could feel like we had a great sense of what Rainier offered. And, it is an extremely gorgeous place!
In our 24 hours, we watched the sunrise at Lake Tipsoo, drove along Sunrise Point Road, and hiked to the Freemont Fire Tower for sunset. We had a wonderful time and wished it was longer so we could have explored more of the park!
