When the Carrousel first opened in Riverfront Park in 1975, one of the first groups to ride it were the kids from the Hutton Settlement. 44 years later, the Hutton kids were invited to have the "first ride" once again.
A special thanks to Walker Construction and the City of Spokane for allowing the Hutton children this meaningful opportunity.
