With one key difference. Just to try it out, I decided to read ش not as an aveolo-palatal fricative [ɕ] but as a sulcalized palatal fricative, which may be roughly represented as [ç̻]. It is a palatal fricative with lateral contraction, producing a deep groove that focuses the airstream toward the teeth, even as the primary point of articulation remains palatal.
The red highlighted portions in the transcription show the salient differences from contemporary classical Arabic pronunciation
