• 1 cup minced chicken (boneless)
• 2–3 slices of bread (edges trimmed)
• 1 small onion (finely chopped)
• 1 green chili (optional, finely chopped)
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• ½ tsp black pepper powder
• ½ tsp chili flakes or red chili powder
• ½ tsp garam masala (optional)
• 1 tbsp cornflour or all-purpose flour (for binding)
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp chopped coriander or parsley
• Sticks (ice cream sticks or skewers)

1. Prepare the Bread:
Soak bread slices in a little water or milk, squeeze out excess liquid, and mash them.
