Ingredients
1 block extra firmed Tofu
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 tbsp breading mix
ground black pepper to taste
2 pcs egg
Japanese bread crumbs
Chili garlic oil(garnish)
Chopped Spring Onions (garnish)

For the SAUCE
80ml mayonnaise
1/2 of 85g liver spread
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp knorr liquid seasoning
1 tbsp sugar
3 pcs calamansi
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 cloved minced garlic
2 tbsp water
