THE LAST OF THE SILVER MCLARENS! The Story of the McLaren MP4-29

In 2014, McLaren ran Mercedes engines, just like they do now. And this was before the Honda disaster.

But, before they went to papaya, and before they were grey, they were silver, because of the Mercedes partnership that had, by this point, ended. So for one last season, McLaren ran in silver and black, not just for Mercedes, but because grey and black are the signature Ron Dennis colours- Dull.

So how did it go for them in a season where the Mercedes hybrids were OP compared to everyone else? And why only the podium at Australia and nothing after? Let's have a look.
