I think some people do have a hard time to reattach the data cable of those ps3 slim bluray drives (CECH-25xx and CECH-30xx), which have the data cable coming out of the drive from the center. This method is far more easy to do it. Do not forget to mark the flat cable, because when you install it the wrong way, there is a chance that the cable will touch the disc when using the drive.
