Dead Mall: Pennrose Mall - Reidsville, NC. Nestled in a town of about 16,000 people 20 miles north of Greensboro, NC sits this incredibly vintage mall which dates back to 1968 and has not really seen any major updates to it. As a matter of fact, this place is sadly in rough shape for lack of maintenance. The roof leaks everywhere. There is mold, fallen ceiling tiles, burnt out bulbs everywhere, and buckets everywhere to catch water from the leaking roof. Aside from a couple of small tenants, the only life here is Rose's and Belk. Although in bad shape, this mall is quaint and was on the top of my bucket list to visit. I would walk these halls everyday if I could. Hope you enjoy.
