This is a gentle flow with light hand weights to help you feel stronger, more mobile, flexible, and stable.
Grab a chair, 2 yoga blocks, 2 light hand weights and a blanket.

As with all yoga practices, make sure to move at your own pace, follow your breath, and only move to your comfort. If something doesn't feel right, don't do it. Yoga is not about working at 100%; however, do move without pain and between 60-70% of effort.
