Defense attorneys gave their closing arguments in the capital murder trial of Nestor Hernandez on Nov. 9, 2023. Hernandez shot and killed healthcare workers Jacqueline Pokuaa and Katie Annette Flowers in 2022. The defense argued that there was not enough evidence to prove he is guilty of capital murder.
