Located in Luoyang, Henan Province, the White Horse Temple was founded in the 11th year of Yongping in the Eastern Han Dynasty (AD 68). It is the first government-run Buddhist temple in China and is known as the "ancestral court" and "source" of Chinese Buddhism, witnessing the glorious history of Buddhism's introduction into the Central Plains. A large number of precious cultural relics are preserved in the temple, such as the dry lacquer statue of the Yuan Dynasty, the tomb of Indian monks and the architecture of Buddhist halls in the past dynasties, which integrates the Buddhist art styles of China, India, Myanmar and Thailand.
白馬寺位於河南洛陽，始建於東漢永平十一年（公元68年），是中國第一座官辦佛教寺院，被譽爲中國佛教的"祖庭"和"釋源"，見證了佛教傳入中原的輝煌歷史。寺內保存了大量珍貴文物，如元代夾紵乾漆造像、印度高僧墓冢及歷代佛殿建築，融合了中、印、緬、泰四國佛教藝術風格。
