WHY do CONSOLE PLAYERS keep crashing? (Ark Ascended Server)

Why do Ark console players and people with older PC's keep crashing on your server? Or having issues with mods breaking or not updating or installing properly? This is a problem that keeps coming up, and then someone asked about it on my discord, so of course it had to be a video. So I don't have to keep typing out long comments explaining it. 🤣
