VATSIM SCANDINAVIA in VR | Learjet 35A | Landvetter → Copenhagen | MSFS2020 | Live Vision Kit

Join me on a proper IFR hop across Scandinavia, flying the Learjet 35A from Gothenburg Landvetter (ESGG) to Copenhagen (EKCH) during the VATSIM Scandinavia event. If you enjoy structured procedures, realistic ATC, and the slightly hectic rhythm of event traffic, this one’s for you.

This flight is flown entirely in VR in MSFS2020 with full VATSIM ATC coverage—clearances, taxi flows, SID departures, handoffs, STAR arrival, and the final ILS into Kastrup. Nothing scripted, nothing edited out; just real pilots and real controllers doing what they do.

How I use the Live Vision Kit stabilizer in OBS (post-processing):

For VR recording I use OpenXR Mirror Capture to grab the raw headset output. That footage is always a bit jittery because it follows every tiny head movement. After the flight, I take that rendered VR video and load it into OBS as a Media Source. Then I simply apply the Live Vision Kit (LVK) Stabilizer filter to that clip. The stabilizer analyzes the motion frame-by-frame and removes the head jitter while keeping the cockpit perfectly sharp. After it processes, I export the stabilized version—and that’s the ultra-smooth VR footage you see in the final video.
