So it's been a while, but I'm back with a new video. This is how I did my headpiece for Doll from Black Butler. This isn't so much of a tutorial, but more of a how I did it.
For the base of the headpiece I used this pattern, and added the piece over the eye. The base is made out of regular felt you can buy at any craft store. :)

For the roses to make things easier, I recommend ordering these if you can. 1 box will be more than enough for her headpiece.

The headpiece has at least 80 white roses on it. I have since added the beads and feathers to my headpiece. If you have any questions feel free to ask, I'd be more than happy to help!
