When we honor another, we span the tenses. I honor what you’ve done, I honor what you are, and I honor what you have the power to be.Honoring another person is a magnificently enduring and impactful gift. Not to be mistaken with compliments. Compliments are nice, but honor is on another level.
Scott Olsen is an instructor in the Department of Contemporary Communications at LCC International University, Lithuania. With over 30 years of experience in communication and leadership, Scott has an unexpected solution to help us realize our own strength.
