Vitrectomy for vitreoretinal dystrophy

A 14 y/o boy with high myopia, macular hole and vitreous pathology. A Knobloch syndrome is the likely diagnosis. The surgical management is shown in detail. Pre- an postoperative follow-up is demonstrated.
