Four Layer Delight (Lemon Blueberry)

Four layer delight is an easy dessert that is so versatile. The third layer is your choice---you could make it with chocolate pudding, fruit filling, etc.

Recipe:
1st Layer
Combine together
2 cups flour (any kind) I used self-rising.
2 sticks melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Press down in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish until it covers the entire bottom.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let COOL completely.

2nd Layer
Cream together
2 8oz. Cream Cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups Cool Whip or non-dairy topping

Spread over the 1st layer.

3rd Layer
Here is where you get to choose the flavor you want your 4 Layer Delight to be! Example: any kind of instant pudding is great. Just cut in half the amount of milk it calls for so your pudding will be very thick. You can use any kind of pie filling. Chocolate is good! Today I used lemon pie filling on half of it and the other half I used blueberry pie filling.

4th Layer
Top the 3rd layer with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Chill and it makes 12 servings.
