Hey everyone!
Hope you are well!
Firstly, sorry for not posting in so long, as you'll see in the video, I've been battling some issues but I will make an effort to post more regularly.
I've been diagnosed with Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia recently, so i just wanted to make a short video outlining where I am at, and reaching out to people in similar situations.
