Part 1 detailing the building of a simple steam engine.
The engine is designed to be a bridge between toy steam and a fully engineered model whist having a realistic appearance and giving good performance.
It could be made by a beginner with a small lathe.
The engine is double acting with piston valve, flywheel is 3.75" diameter.
Although I am using a milling machine in the video it is possible to build this engine with just a lathe.
