Zest of ½ lemon
Lemon juice - 50 ml
Butter - 50 g
Gelatin - 6 g
Water - 30 ml
Whipping cream - 100 g
Powdered sugar - 15 g
Yellow food coloring - 1-2 drops (optional)
Mango mousse 16 cm
Mango puree - 400 g
Sugar - 50 g
Gelatin - 8 g
Water - 45 g
White chocolate - 70 g
