Stardew Valley - Dance of the Moonlight Jellies Acapella ✨

An original a-cappella arrangement of Dance of the Moonlight Jellies from Stardew Valley!

When going over the Stardew Valley soundtrack to find favorites that would work well for acapella, Dance of the Moonlight Jellies came close to the top of the list. It's such a chill song with beautiful melodies & harmonies, and even though it only plays once a year in game, it holds a memorable spot for anyone who hears it. This song has a first for me in all my years doing this; I had to figure out how to make ocean wave sounds! As you'll see in the video, I found that I could blow in a certain way on my microphone's pop filter to create the sound, and it worked better than I expected. The original song has lots of reverb, and if I could have recorded this in a cathedral, it would have been perfect, but I have no cathedral recording studio, so I used a reverb plugin to simulate the effect. Hope you all enjoy this chill tune :D
