提子丹麥條
材料(份量可做12條)
① 高筋麵粉 600g
② 砂糖 50g
③ 煉奶 30g
④ 雞蛋 2 + 1 隻(M size,1 隻用於蛋漿入焗爐之前搽面)
⑤ 酵母 8g
⑥ 牛奶 320ml
⑦ 室溫牛油 60g +20g(麵包內餡用)
⑧ 鹽 2g
⑨ 提子乾(浸水然後榨乾水份)180g
***如果有烘焙奶粉可以加入32g,會更有奶香味。
***最後180度焗15分鐘。
Ingredients (For 12 servings)
① 600g Bread flour
② 50g Sugar
③ 30g Condensed milk
④ 2 eggs + 1 egg (M size, 1 egg is used to coat the surface before the egg mixture goes into the oven)
⑤ 8g Yeast
⑥ 320ml Milk
⑦ 60g butter +20g butter (for bread filling)
⑧ 2g Salt
⑨ 180g Dried raisins (soaked in water and squeezed out)
***If you have milk powder for baking, you can add 32g, it will be more milky.
***Finally bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes。
