Im using an EYE BROW RAZOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Was asked to do Andy's hair. This is how I would do it.
For better results, according to Andy, DONT WASH your hair.
My hair was clean, so the only way to dirty it was to shower it in hairspray to get it all stiiiiiicky. I guess this could also be an "emo hair" style :D FOLLOW :d TWITTER @KARLAKL16
