Kanda-bhaji is suitable for all types of season. They are also known as "khekda bhaji" because of their shape. Kanda bhaji is deep fried onion frittels. They as made from besan,onion and few masala. Perfect as a tea time snack.

For crispy kanda bhajis
Ingredients:
• Onions 6-7 medium size
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Fresh coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
• Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
• Coriander powder 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder ½ tsp
• Ajwain (carom seeds) 1 tsp
• Jeera powder 1 tsp
• Lemon juice 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Besan (gram flour) 1 & 3/4th cup
• Corn flour 3/4th cup + 1 tbsp
• Water as required
• Oil for frying
For spicy garlic chutney
Total time: 10 min
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
• Degi red chillies 15 - 20 nos.
• Garlic 12 - 15 cloves
• Fresh coconut 3/4th cup (grated)
• Jeera powder (cumin powder) 1 tsp
• Chura
• Salt
For Chura
Total time: 10 min
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
• Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
• Coriander powder 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder ½ tsp
• Ajwain (carom seeds) 1 tsp
• Whole Jeera 1 tsp
• Hing 1/4 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
• Besan (gram flour) 1 & 3/4th cup
• Corn flour 3/4th cup + 1 tbsp
• Water as required
• Oil for frying
