My personal advices
Listen and Repeat: Use the shadowing technique, trying to imitate the pronunciation, intonation, and rhythm of the voice.
Record Yourself: To evaluate your progress, record your voice while this practice and compare it to identify areas for improvement.
Take notes: If you don't know some of the words mentioned, write them down and make flashcards. That's a great method to increase your vocabulary.

Last but not least:
Be gentle to yourself, we’re not focused on speaking perfectly, we're learning to get used to the sounds, pronunciation of words and get used with different accents in English. Most important thing don’t be afraid of your accent—it's totally fine, remember the goal is progress, not perfection!
