Our customer 'Hazel Murdoch' has very kindly allowed us to share this recent transfer taken by her dad 'James Lennox McNeil' on 12th July 1978 when the Disney Cavalcade boarded the original Glen Sannox ferry for the day going doon the water of the Clyde coast stopping at Rothesay and this short film ending at the cinema in Hamilton Street, Saltcoats.
You can see many Disney characters as well as the famous VW Beetle 'Herbie' and friends.
This was around the time the movie Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo was showing in the cinemas so would have been a memorable day for so many.
