The boys from Kidcochiese Outdoors harvested some nice Canada's this week and we used a simple recipe to prepare them
All the ingredients you need are 1-Bottle of beer, and 1-bottle of BBQ Sauce
The recipe is very easy to follow and the result is absolutely delicious. Canada's have a reputation of tasting like game, but this recipe proves they are not.

Note: This is for Goose not Duck, Duck doesn't "pull" as well
