Best Split screen games for the Xbox 360 (details in description)

This is my list, and my opinion.
If you see a game that you might enjoy, please, please, please do more research or you'll end up like me with a million games.

Most of these games work fine on their own, but some have flaws. CoD Black Ops 1 is missing bots until you connect your Xbox to an online profile, Halo reach has 2 helmets you cant acquire by playing the game, halo 4 and modern warfare 3 don't have bots, so it is very Difficult to level up to get what you want, Halo games require an HDD to run theatre. I find that if you like the newer action games, but love the old games too, CoD Black Ops 2 or Ghosts is the way to go. If you love playing more calm games, Halo games would be perfect. Halo 4 and Halo Reach both bridge the gap quite nicely.
