This information session provides an overview of the 2026 BLAC Fund Childcare Grant, including eligibility requirements, timelines, participatory grantmaking, and applicant expectations.
Attendees will also learn about the capacity-building cohort integrated into the grant to strengthen operations, leadership, and long-term sustainability.
In partnership with the Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative (NECC), the BLAC Fund will distribute a total of $250,000 through ten $25,000 grants to underserved, licensed childcare providers in Omaha, prioritizing programs owned by Black women to strengthen the local childcare ecosystem.
