In this video, we embark on a one hour drive to Wheatley, near Lake Erie to check out some wholesale fish companies to purchase whole lot of fish.

Lake Erie is the fourth-largest lake (by surface area) of the five Great Lakes in North America, and the eleventh-largest globally if measured in terms of surface area. It is the southernmost, shallowest, and smallest by volume of the Great Lakes.

Situated on the International Boundary between Canada and the United States, Lake Erie's northern shore is the Canadian province of Ontario, specifically the Ontario Peninsula, with the U.S. states of Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York on its western, southern, and eastern shores. These jurisdictions divide the surface area of the lake with water boundaries.

I used the following Ingredients for frying the fish.

Red Chilli Powder
Pepper Powder
Turmeric Powder
Oil
Ginger Garlic Paste
Vinegar/Lemon
Salt

Mix the above with a small quantity of water and make a paste.

English titles have been provided at few places in the video, but anyone can understand the frying process by watching the video. I hope you will try the delicious fish fry!
