These unprocessed ingredients go into my daily green smoothie, healthy lunch salads with lean protein, and protein-rich dinners. I cook 3x a day almost every day of the week to help manage my PCOS, autoimmune disease, and other chronic health issues. Eating this way also helps keep my husband healthy too!
