Today I’m sharing one of everyone’s favourite recipes — Natu Kodi Kura / Country Chicken Curry!

✨ Recipe Steps (Short Summary)
Heat oil in a pan or cooker
Add ginger–garlic paste
Add cleaned atta kodi (country chicken)
Add turmeric, salt, whole spices, chillies
Add chilli powder, coriander powder & garam masala
Add tomatoes & water
Pressure cook for 5–6 whistles
Adjust spice level (I reduced a bit for my kids 😊)
Garnish with fresh coriander
