Top 2 things to work on:
-Positioning: You need to be focused on taking angles to deny enemies the ability to move through open sightlines more than you are now and splitting from your team to limit the amount of cover the enemy team can take. You often are stacking with your team which causes you to be unable to shoot anything and eat much more spam than you otherwise would. Focus on controlling medium/long range space as hitscan to optimize your value.
-damage Uptime: There were many moments where you were not shooting/proactively doing anything where you otherwise could have. partially built on point 1, but as an addition, look to see what your teammates are doing and look to help in those engagements or use their distractions to your advantage to shoot elsewhere.
